Good coat, slow delivery

I ordered a wool coat during their holiday sale. The coat itself is excellent quality; the fabric feels substantial and the cut is very unique, exactly as pictured. It took about 10 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long, but it was worth the wait for the price I paid. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking. My only minor complaint is that the sizing seemed a tiny bit off, I usually wear a small but this small felt more like a medium. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Hey, thinking about grabbing one of those oversized sweaters from JNBY, but I'm always iffy with sizing for these kinds of brands. How do their sizes typically run?

From my experience, they tend to run a bit large, especially for the 'oversized' stuff. I usually wear a medium but got a small in a dress and it was still roomy. Definitely check their size chart but expect it to be generous.

yeah, they're pretty true to the 'oversized' vibe. I think you're good sticking with your usual size if you like that loose look, or size down if you want it slightly less dramatic.

They do offer free shipping, but I think it's only if your order is over $200. I had to add a scarf to hit it last time, but it was worth it.

Yep, it's free shipping over $200. Pretty standard for a lot of online stores these days. Otherwise, there's a flat fee I think.
